Ground soundproofing and vibration-damping mats are primarily used for sound insulation of floors in environments with high noise levels, such as KTVs, nightclubs, factories, and home theaters. This product is suitable for floor sound insulation in spaces connected to commercial or entertainment venues.

 

II. Product Features of Floor Soundproofing and Vibration-Damping Pads:

This foam exhibits excellent sound-blocking performance across the entire frequency range, effectively isolating impact noise and airborne noise. It’s a high-density foam whose perforation rate and pore size have been carefully engineered to provide sound insulation, vibration damping, water resistance, and mold prevention—making it ideal for use in humid environments. It’s a green, healthy material with a service life of over 30 years. Installation is simple: just use a wallpaper knife to cut it to size during installation—no other tools are required.

 

III. Principle of Sound Isolation for Ground Soundproofing and Vibration-Damping Pads:

1. Impact sound isolation

The elasticity of the foam creates a floating floor structure throughout the entire floor slab, effectively isolating solid-borne sound transmission. Additionally, it improves the mating effect between upper-floor surfaces, enhancing acoustic impedance. The tiny pores in the foam induce cavity resonance within the frequency range audible to the human ear, thereby attenuating sound energy and achieving the purpose of isolating impact noise.

2. Airborne sound isolation

By utilizing the resonance effect of foam cavities, the frequency of sound propagation is altered, reducing the number of reflections and thereby achieving the purpose of isolating airborne sound.
