Electronically Crosslinked Polyethylene Foam (also known as Electronically Crosslinked Polyethylene Foam) is abbreviated as IXPE. This product is made primarily from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), with the addition of various chemical additives including the foaming agent AC. After mixing, processing, and shaping, the material undergoes irradiation treatment using high-energy electron beams generated by industrial electron accelerators, resulting in a high-performance polymer foam material. IXPE foam boasts excellent physical and mechanical properties, an attractive appearance, a comfortable feel, and outstanding thermoplasticity, making it a premium-grade closed-cell foam material. Radiation-crosslinked polyethylene (IXPE) foam is a high-tech product that not only possesses all the characteristics of chemically crosslinked (XPE) foam but also features a smoother and more uniform surface than XPE, with finer and more evenly distributed pores. Its physical performance is even more impeccable. Thanks to its environmentally friendly composition, IXPE foam has become the preferred material for a wide range of applications, including food packaging, lifestyle and leisure products, and medical devices. Compared with other types of foam materials, IXPE foam exhibits numerous superior properties: fine and uniform cell structure, high strength, excellent thermal and sound insulation, superior corrosion resistance, good resilience, low water absorption, and the ability to be processed into conductive or antistatic materials—all contributing to its exceptionally comfortable feel. In line with these outstanding features, IXPE foam finds extensive use in industries such as automotive and shipbuilding, air conditioning and refrigeration, packaging, construction, engineering, agriculture, sporting goods, adhesive tape substrates, thermal insulation pipes for air conditioners, and the electronics industry. Product material certifications include: UL certification from the United States, M1 certification from France, and SGS environmental certification.

(2) Automotive sector: Materials used for interior car trim, headliners, dashboards, sun visors, radiators, flooring, and more.
(3) Culture, Sports, and General Goods: School teaching materials, children’s toys, various mats for sports activities, surfboards, life jackets, floats, and cushioning materials for swimming; kitchen sinks, mats, bathtub covers, slippers, hats, and other such items.
(4) Thermal insulation materials for air conditioning units, water tanks, and reservoirs; thermal insulation materials for central air conditioning systems and air conditioners, etc.
